Dr. Michelle Easton and I worked on several projects at the University of Charleston School of Pharmacy. One of the projects we worked together was the transitioning from PC to Mac for the faculty and staff. With Michelle, I developed a 1-year plan for this transition. Michelle was involved in designing the entire process and in providing feedback and practical suggestions to make this transition work. Within a year, as planned, the transition was complete and all faculty and staff were able to use Mac. Michelle uses strategic thinking, vision for the future, and perseverance.
